Return Policy

1.What is the Return Policy:

a. Dyrdek Machine will not honor any return requests for items. All items are final sale. No size exchanges are allowed.

2. What is the Refund Policy:

a. Unfortunately we do not allow refunds. If you believe you have been billed erroneously, please contact us at customerservice@dyrdek.com.

3. What if my item is Lost in Transit:

a. Please file a claim with us at customerservice@dyrdek.com. If Dyrdek Machine determines that your item has proven to be lost in transit, we shall replace the lost item, free of charge.

4. What if my items are damaged when they arrive?

a. You must submit documentation of damage (photographic) to customerservice@dyrdek.com. If it is determined by Dyrdek Machine that your item was in fact damaged, Dyrdek Machine will send a shipping label to the address previously disclosed and initiate a replacement shipment.
